According to GB/T17636 "Geotextiles and Related Products - Determination of Wear Resistance - Sand Cloth/Sliding Block Method".
Description:
Used to determine the wear resistance of woven geotextiles, non-woven geotextiles, and related products.
Principle:
Fix the sample on the platform, and under specified pressure and friction conditions, rub the abrasive with specified surface characteristics against it. Finally, test the tensile strength of the sample before and after friction, and describe the wear resistance of the sample by the percentage of strength loss.
