Rapid Concrete Alkali Tester
Description:
The ion selective electrode ISE method is used to rapidly determine the alkali content of water soluble substances such as concrete, gravel and admixture.
Pre treat concrete or other samples when in use. Immerse two pre activated and calibrated electrodes into the mixed solution according to the instructions. One of them measures the sodium ion content and the other measures the potassium ion content. The instrument can convert the measured voltage data (mv) into Na2O and K2O content (%) using the calibration curve, and input the results into the calculation formula in the host computer to automatically obtain the concrete alkali ratio Na2O (%). After electrode activation, each experimental process only takes 10 minutes.
