Description:

The hydraulic power source is used to drive, and the measurement and control system is used to collect and process the test data. It is composedof four parts: test host, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system and test instruments. The accuracy level of the test machine is better than level 1.

It can meet the standard test requirements in the international regulations on tensile test of steel strands, and can calculate the tensile strength, elastic modulus and other performance indicators of the measured materials.

The testing machine is a six column, double space structure. There is a tensile space between the upper beam and the lower beam, and a compressed space between the lower beam and the test bench. The test space is automatically adjusted by driving the lower beam up and down through the rotation of the sprocket and the lead screw mother. The upper and lower crossbeams are equipped with hydraulic control clamping jaws, which can be equipped with special jaws for steel strands for Φ 8Φ Tensile test of 18mm steel strand; The bottom end of the lower crossbeam of the standard model is equipped with an upper pressing plate, and the test bench is equipped with a lower pressing plate with a spherical structure, which can be directly used for compression test.
