Description:

Using hydraulic power source drive, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, computer data acquisition and processing, it is a high-precision material test equipment that can realize closed-loop control and automatic detection. It is composed of four parts: test host, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system, and test instruments. The accuracy grade of the test machine is better than grade 1.

It can meet all the standard tests in the international regulations on metal tensile test, and can also realize the tensile, compression, shear, repeated tension and compression tests of different materials or products according to other standards. It can calculate the tensile strength, yield strength, specified non proportional extension strength, elastic modulus, residual deformation and other performance indicators of the measured materials, and can realize equal rate loading, equal rate deformation, equal rate displacement Constant rate strain and other closed-loop control can be used to verify the process qualification performance of materials or products.

The testing machine is a four column, single space, oil cylinder overhead structure. The main oil cylinder adopts a two-way differential oil cylinder to realize the two-way control of tension and pressure in one space. The standard model is equipped with V-shaped and plane jaws for clamping cylindrical specimens and flat specimens for tensile tests.

Optional upper and lower crossbeams are equipped with hydraulically controlled flat push clamping jaws, and the four oil cylinder oil sources of the hydraulic flat push fixture are connected with high-precision synchronous pressure compensation flow control valves. Through the self-adjusting flow control valve, each pair of clamping pistons can be extended synchronously without being affected by the resistance of their respective oil cylinders. Using the clamping capacity of the jaw, the two-way zero crossing tension and compression test of materials can be carried out. The test efficiency is high, and the repeated tension and compression test of high stress and large deformation of steel bar connection can be completed.

The design of the main machine of the testing machine considers the possibility of expanding and assembling other fixtures to complete more tests. For example, the bolt fixture can be used to stretch and maintain the load of the bolt, and the shear fixture can be used to conduct the round bar shear strength test. In addition, the product tests can be completed with steel ball, anchor chain, fastener and other fixtures.
