Description:

This tester can test and analyze the mechanical properties of metal, non-metal and composite materials. It is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, machinery manufacturing, plastic rubber, ceramic building materials, metal materials, construction engineering and other industries, as well as colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, technical supervision, quality inspection stations and other departments.

After selecting different attachments according to gb/iso/astm/jis/din and other standards, it can stretch, compress, bend, peel, shear, tear, puncture, bursting, and test the yield strength, tensile (compression, bending) strength, elongation, non proportional strength, elastic modulus and other parameters of the material.

Load measurement: 0.05%fs high stability, high-precision spoke tension and compression sensor, coupled with a high-performance measurement and amplification system, ensures the high resolution of the test force. Sample deformation measurement: through the large deformation measurement system or electronic extensometer (small deformation measurement), the 24 bit a/d conversion single chip microcomputer acquisition system is adopted, and the deformation measurement of the sample is realized through computer-controlled data processing. Displacement measurement: 2000p/r high-precision photoelectric encoder and precision screw are used to rotate coaxially, and the measurement of displacement (i.e. the relative displacement of upper and lower collets) is realized through digital circuit.

Single arm structure is adopted, which is composed of column, upper beam, middle beam and workbench. The speed regulation system is installed at the lower part of the workbench. The servo motor with high speed regulation accuracy, wide range and stable performance drives the ball screw pair to rotate through the synchronous toothed belt reduction system, and the ball screw pair drives the middle beam to drive the tensile attachment (or compression, bending attachment) to move up and down, so as to realize the loading and unloading of the sample. The structure has the advantages of high rigidity, high efficiency and stable transmission.It has overload, overcurrent, leakage and other protection functions.
