Shale Swell Meter Shale Tester

Description:
It can better simulate the hydration expansion characteristics of shale under the conditions of downhole temperature (≤ 120 ℃) and pressure difference (3.5Mpa), and provides an advanced testing method for the stability research, evaluation and optimization of anti sloughing drilling fluid formula of oil drilling wall. The performance is more stable, the measurement range is increased, there is no drift, and it can be used without preheating and power on. And can be used for high temperature and high pressure as well as normal temperature and normal pressure. It is used in the fields of oil extraction anti swelling agent evaluation, geology and soil science. The instrument has reasonable design, high automation and stable performance.
Working principle:
Put the pressed rock sample (together with the press mold) into the test cup, heat the main test cup to the specified temperature through the heating sleeve, and then press the test solution into the test cup by pneumatic drive to contact with the sample section and pressurize to the specified pressure. Immediately start the recorder, open the pen I switch of the recorder, and adjust the coarse zero adjustment and zero adjustment knob to the appropriate position. At this time, the axial displacement signal of the sample is sensed by the displacement sensor through the guide rod, and the displacement signal generated by the expansion measured by the dilatometer host is converted into an electrical signal, which is input into the recorder to continuously depict the expansion curve of the sample over time.
