Description:
The hand centrifuge is used to measure the potassium ion content of drilling fluid filtrate when the potassium ion concentration is higher than 5000mg/1 or the KCl concentration is higher than 3.5lb/bbl. After the potassium ion is precipitated with perchlorate in a centrifuge tube, the volume of the precipitate is measured, and the content of potassium ion is read from the standard curve.The instrument is mainly composed of mainframe, test tube tube, centrifugal test tube and handle.The hand centrifuge does not rely on power operation, and is very suitable for field use. It has compact structure, reliable use, stable rotation, and accurate reading. It can be widely used in various petroleum, chemical, laboratory and other industries.The centrifugal force formed by the high-speed rotation of the tested sample in the centrifuge tube makes the precipitate separated in the liquid, and its content can be read directly through the centrifuge tube.
