Differential Sticking Tester
Description:
NF-2 adhesion coefficient tester is a simulation test and analysis instrument, designed according to API standards. It is equipped with an
adhesion disc in the sealed mud cup. The adhesion disc is moved downward in the mud cup by a manual pressure rod. The torque wrench drives the adhesion disc to rotate on the surface of the mud cake. According to a certain test procedure, the adhesion coefficient of the mud cake is calculated through a series of formulas by reading the value through the torque wrench.
The adhesion coefficient tester is mainly used to monitor the friction coefficient between the drilling tool and the drilling fluid on the borehole wall in deep wells, so as to treat the drilling fluid in time, improve its lubrication performance, prevent the occurrence of stuck drilling accidents, and provide accurate and reliable data for ensuring fast and safe drilling. It has the characteristics of compact structure, high test accuracy and convenient operation. It is used in various oil fields, scientific research institutes, laboratories and other departments.
