Twelve Speed Rotational Viscometer
Mk-12szn can be connected to a computer to output the test results through software, which is convenient to operate and has small
measurement error. Twelve speed rotary viscometer is a rotary instrument powered by a stepping motor. The measured liquid is in the annular space between two concentric cylinders, and a stepping motor drives the outer cylinder to rotate. The outer cylinder generates a torque through the measured liquid acting on the inner cylinder, causing the inner cylinder connected with the torsion spring to rotate by a corresponding angle. According to Newton's law, the size of the angle is proportional to the viscosity of the liquid, so the measurement of the liquid viscosity is converted to the measurement of the inner cylinder angle, which is the liquid viscosity and shear stress through calculation.
