Description:

This device is suitable for concrete frost resistance tests using dynamic modulus of elasticity, weight loss, and relative durability index as evaluation indicators. The purpose of this specialized rapid freeze-thaw test is to determine the frost resistance grade of concrete by measuring its resistance to repeated actions of water and negative temperature. The device adopts the water freezing and thawing method, in which standard concrete specimens are placed in rubber barrels and soaked in water. Then, the rubber barrels containing the specimens and water are arranged in the test chamber, and a refrigerant is used as the circulating medium to periodically freeze and dissolve the water layer around the specimens.

This equipment adopts a one box (slot) external circulation method, and the specimen placement box is made of high-grade 304 stainless steel material. The automatic control system adopts industrial computer control, with a high degree of automation. The control system and freeze-thaw equipment box are installed indoors, and the cold and hot medium box is installed indoors, consisting of an air-cooled condensing unit, one medium pump, one hot medium tank, one cold medium tank, etc. The cold and hot media exchange with the medium (antifreeze) in the test piece placement box through a medium pump, freezing and melting the water around the test piece. Control the cooling and heating temperature of the cold and hot tanks, and control the opening of the medium pump through a temperature controller to exchange the cold and hot medium with the medium inside the test piece placement box to achieve heating or cooling.
