Double Horizontal Shaft Concrete Mixer
Description:
The concrete double horizontal shaft mixer consists of a frame, a mixing device, a transmission system, a limiting device and an electrical control system. The rack is the supporting part of the whole equipment, which is welded by channel steel. The mixing device consists of a mixing cylinder, a mixing shaft, and a mixing blade. The mixing blade is fixed on the mixing arm, and is integrated with the mixing shaft to form two groups of spiral strip mixing shovels with the same lead and spiral rise angle. The gap between the mixing blade and the inner arm of the mixing cylinder can be slightly adjusted. The transmission mechanism is composed of a decelerating civil aircraft and a coupling. The cylinder limiting device is composed of a locking pin and a positioning hole. The electrical control system has the functions of starting, inching, stopping and timing. Working principle: the reduction motor makes the mixing shaft rotate in one direction through the coupling device. The positive and negative shovels on the mixing shaft stir the materials. Due to the effect of the spiral rising angle, the shovels work in a circular motion that makes the materials in the cylinder move from one side to the other, and from the other side back to the original place, so that the materials can be fully stirred, so as to obtain a better mixing effect. During unloading, stop the machine, lock it, rotate the cylinder to a certain angle, limit it, and press the inching button to discharge the mixture out of the cylinder.Concrete Testing Equipment
