Non-Contact Concrete Shrinkage Deformation Tester
Standard:
Non contact method in Standard for Test Methods of Long term Performance and Durability of Ordinary Concrete (GB/T50082-2009);
Standard for Test Methods of Fiber Reinforced Concrete CCES 13:2009;
Description:
It can be used to measure the free shrinkage deformation of concrete at any time after self forming, and also can be used to measure the self shrinkage deformation of early age concrete under the condition of moisture exchange between early age concrete and the outside world in an unrestrained state.
The basic principle of eddy current non-contact testing method is to use non-contact displacement sensor, fixed at 100mm × 100mm × On the 515mm test mold (fresh concrete is poured in the test mold), measure the length change of the concrete specimen in a non-contact way to avoid adverse effects caused by direct contact between the measuring instrument and the measuring head. The shrinkage of concrete specimen is characterized by the cooperative deformation of reflective target and concrete specimen.Concrete Testing Equipment
