Product Introduction:

The modern SFJ-400 sand grinding, dispersing, and stirring multi-purpose machine is a variable frequency speed control type that can achieve three functions: sand grinding, dispersing, and stirring, and is suitable for chemical laboratories. The modern SFJ-400 sand grinding, dispersing, and mixing multi-purpose machine adopts a dedicated variable frequency motor, low heat generation, and no electric brush; The frequency converter adopts a multi ring speed control knob, and the display screen directly displays the mixing speed, making it easy to operate; This equipment is equipped with multiple optional sanding, dispersing, and stirring blades that are suitable for different laboratory testing requirements. The multifunctional type is more cost-effective.


Usage steps:

1. Select appropriate blade discs and screw them onto the mixing shaft.

2. Release the lifting lock handle, adjust the height position of the impeller and the bottom of the mixing drum (which can be positioned with a positioning ring), and then raise the mixing shaft for feeding and placing the mixing drum.

3. Use a Y-shaped clamp to position and secure the mixing drum.

4. Lower the mixing shaft to the appropriate position, cover the mixing drum cover, and tighten the lifting lock handle.

5. Confirm that there is no contact between the impeller and the mixing drum before starting the mixing process.

6. After stirring, first lower the stirring speed appropriately and then press the stop button.

7. After each operation of the SFJ-400 sand grinding, dispersing, and mixing multi-purpose machine, please promptly clean and maintain the impeller, mixing drum, and main equipment for future use.


Precautions for use:

1. The speed of the mixing shaft is controlled by the speed control knob on the frequency converter (clockwise rotation for acceleration); Before starting the stirring shaft to rotate, please confirm that the speed is in the low speed position (to avoid splashing the material liquid due to too fast speed increase), and then use the speed control knob to adjust the speed to the appropriate position after starting.

2. The parameters of the frequency converter have been set at the factory, please do not change them arbitrarily.

3. It is advisable to lower the stirring speed appropriately before stopping the mixing, and then press the stop button to avoid liquid splashing caused by rapid acceleration during the next start-up.
