Description:

Designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest national standards GB / T 37362.1-2019 and ISO 9117.1-2009, it is used to determine whether the single coating and composite coating systems of paints, varnishes or related products reach the fully dry state or the drying time required to reach the fully dry state after the specified drying time under standard conditions.

The instrument consists of a base and a free sliding pressure column. During the test, paint and varnish with a certain thickness are applied on the substrate and dried under specified conditions. Then, apply a certain load on the test area of the coating surface, and then rotate the load on the coating surface by 90 ゜. Determine the dryness of the entire coating by checking the loss of the coating surface.
