1、 Overview

The LHCX-I rut sample forming machine is the latest highway instrument laboratory equipment developed by our company recently. It

integrates mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic functions, and compared with similar products, it has the characteristics of small volume, high

automation, strong functionality, and easy operation. It is at the leading level in China. This machine is mainly used for rolling and shaping asphalt mixtures during rutting tests, and is also suitable for making specimens using the rolling wheel method for other physical and mechanical performance tests of asphalt mixtures. This machine and testing method fully comply with the requirements of JTJ052-2000 (T0703-1993) standard.

2、 Main technical indicators

1. Trial mold specification: 300 × 300 × (30-110mm)

2. The travel of the trial car is 300mm.

3. The height variation of the trial mold is 30-100mm.

4. The pressure of the grinding wheel is within 0-20KN and can be adjusted arbitrarily.

5. The radius of the grinding wheel is 500mm and the width is 300mm.

6. Preheating of tile grinding at 20-200 ℃, can be set arbitrarily (usually set to 100)
