1、 Overview

This product is a professional cutting machine developed and produced by our factory with reference to foreign technology. It is suitable for cutting and producing prismatic small beam specimens from asphalt mixture roller formed specimens for asphalt mixture bending tests. Fully comply with the requirements of JTGE20-2011 "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" and T0703-2011 "Method for Making Asphalt Mixture Specimens (Wheel Rolling Method)" of the Ministry of Transport for cutting prismatic specimens with a cutting machine.

This machine uses servo motors for advancing and retreating knife drive, with a wide speed range, high control accuracy, low noise, and reliable operation. It can achieve a millimeter level speed range of 10-1000mm/minute. The LCD screen displays the speed in a visual way of millimeters per minute, greatly facilitating the operator's button backlight design and making the machine status clear at a glance. For practical work problems, optimization was carried out by setting up a fast forward button, which improved work efficiency. The saw blade automatically returns to its initial position function. LCD screen display and control, cutting speed can be adjusted before cutting, during cutting, or intermittently in cutting batches. The adjustable limit switch can achieve the minimum stroke for each cutting and improve cutting efficiency.


2、 Detailed introduction:

This preparation system is designed for fast and precise cutting of specimens:

1.This system has a complete set of linkage devices to ensure the safety of operators:When starting to cut the specimen, the saw blade will automatically advance, and after cutting is completed, the saw blade will automatically return to its initial position.

2. The operator can choose the most suitable cutting speed based on different specimens and production quantities.

3. When cutting prismatic specimens, the operator will control the pneumatic fixture to fix them, while when cutting cylindrical specimens, the manual fixture will fix them manually

4. A simple spacing device is installed at the position of the test piece, which can cut 250mm wide, 30mm high, and 35mm small beam test pieces without measurement. Other small beam test piece sizes are also applicable.

5. The cylindrical specimen fixture can ensure that the specimen is minimally damaged during cutting and can be firmly fixed during the cutting process.

6. By using PVC pipes to protect cylindrical specimens, a more ideal cutting effect can be achieved.

7. Equipped with an electronic control system for adjusting the position of test specimens, it can ensure a cutting length of 150mm and perfect cutting of parallel sections.

8. The system is suitable for cylindrical specimens with a diameter of 100mm, and can quickly and accurately cut the length of the specimen (100mm)

9. The LHQD-8 cutting machine is equipped with a dust cover to prevent the splashing of cooling water and dust, and is equipped with a silent air source.
